Can I pay in instalments or set up a payment plan for the balance?

Yes. Once your deposit is received, I can set up an interest free monthly direct debit payment plan for you. It lets you spread the cost right up to six weeks before departure, as long as you’re travelling outside of eighteen weeks.

How do I know if a cruise is truly accessible for my needs?

I’ll talk everything through with you so you’re never left guessing. Every cruise line handles accessibility a little differently so I check the details and make sure the ship, cabin and itinerary match what you need. You’ll always have a clear picture before you book.

Can you help me choose the right cabin if I use a wheelchair or have mobility challenges?

Yes. Accessible cabins vary a lot so I look at layout, turning space, bathroom access and the overall location of the cabin on the ship. I’ll guide you towards options that genuinely work for your comfort.

What accessibility features should I expect on board?

Most ships offer level access, step free routes, ramps, lifts, wide corridors, accessible public areas and adapted theatre spaces. Some ships do this really well and others are more limited so I’ll help you understand the differences and choose a ship that suits you.

Are the ports easy to get around when I get off the ship?

Some ports are very straightforward for wheelchair users while others can be more challenging. Some destinations also use tender boats instead of a traditional gangway which can restrict getting on and off the ship. I’ll explain all of this before you book so you know exactly what to expect on your itinerary.

Can you offer advice on accessible excursions?

Yes. I can share guidance on what to look out for and help you understand how suitable different ports and experiences are based on your mobility needs.

I travel with mobility equipment. Can you help me with the planning side of that?

I can offer advice on taking your own equipment on board and I can guide you towards a trusted partner if you prefer to hire equipment when sailing from the UK.

What happens if I need assistance at the airport or during transfers overseas?

I can arrange airport assistance for you and I can also organise overseas accessible transfers. That way you’re supported throughout the journey.

Can you help if I have medical needs or require specific support while travelling?

Yes. I can offer advice and check with the cruise line if your needs are a little more unique or specific, so you know where you stand before you travel.

How far in advance should I book an accessible cruise?

The earlier you book, the better your chances of getting the cabin you want. Accessible cabins are limited and often the quickest to sell. Booking early also gives you the widest choice as some cruise lines release their itineraries more than two years ahead.

Is it possible to travel as a family or group when one or more of us has accessibility needs?

Absolutely. I can book as many cabins as you need for the whole family or group. I’ll also look at cabin locations and dining arrangements so everyone stays close together and enjoys the trip comfortably.

What if I’ve never cruised before and feel a bit unsure where to start?

That’s completely normal. Tell me what you enjoy, what you find tricky and what kind of holiday you want. I’ll walk you through the whole process in a calm clear way so you feel confident and excited.

Do you charge extra for the support you provide with accessibility planning?

No. I don’t charge anything extra and my prices always match booking direct. You get the same price you’d pay with the cruise line and you also get all the support that comes with it.

What information do you need from me to prepare a proper quote?

I’ll need your contact details, travel dates, destination ideas, budget, preferred cabin type and all accessibility needs right from the start. Having everything upfront means I can match you with the right ships and itineraries straight away.

If something changes with my health or mobility before the trip can you help me adjust plans?

Yes. If anything changes, I’ll help you look at the options and update your arrangements so the trip still feels right for you.
